That agreement will outline the scope of work, payment schedule, project timeline, materials, and warranty terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement shall take precedence.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. Generally:

A deposit may be required before work begins
Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing
Failure to make payment may result in work stoppage and additional fees
MTS Landscape reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for unpaid balances

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation terms, including any applicable fees, will be outlined in your signed service agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of project preparation.

7. Warranties & Workmanship

MTS Landscape stands behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Please note:

Warranties cover defects in workmanship under normal use and conditions
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, third-party alterations, or acts of nature
Material warranties are subject to the terms of the manufacturer or supplier

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MTS Landscape shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
